A Streets of Rage 4 do over could be nice for Metal Slug 8 if it happens. I really hope one day SNK and Playmore go back to making Metal Slug games even if it's not in this classic style anymore. But the difference is that Metal Slug 3 is a slog to play and overstays it's welcome. It also is the longest game in the series clocking at over an hour and seven minutes, just barely up there with Metal Slug 3. It finally goes back to the big challenges of Metal Slug 1 and X. The game is absolutely super fun and hard. It has three difficulty settings and me and my sister played on hard.

Metal Slug XX can be played by literally anyone. This was easily the best Metal Slug game I've played coming close to Metal Slug X and 6 if not surpassing them.
